Plant Sales Manager – Debbie

With over 40 years of experience in horticulture, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our plant sales team.

Her journey began in commercial growing, where she attended Brinsbury College and achieved top honours, earning:

• A City and Guilds Certificate in Commercial Growing

• A Diploma in Gardening

• A Nursery Growers Certificate

In her spare time, Debbie used her skills to establish her own gardening round.

During her career in commercial growing,

she received multiple trade awards at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show for her

stunning hanging baskets, bedding, and perennial displays.

Debbie’s expertise shines in her love for shrubs and perennials, where her knowledge

helps customers create beautiful, thriving gardens.

Plant Sales Supervisor – Pete

With 17 years of experience in gardening and grounds maintenance, Pete brings a deep understanding

of traditional gardening skills to the team. He furthered his expertise by studying horticulture

at Bicton College, earning an NVQ and furthered his knowledge learning about Pest Control.

Pete transitioned from grounds maintenance into garden centre retail, where he enjoys sharing his practical knowledge and passion with customers. His particular area of interest is roses, and he loves helping customers choose and care for these timeless garden favorites.
